No contracts. No stress. Just sparkle.

At Shimmer & Shine, we keep things easy — but a few quick guidelines help us stay on the same page:

🕒 Scheduling

Bookings are first-come, first-serve. Reserve early to get your preferred time — we fill up fast, especially around holidays!

Cancellations

Life happens! Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. We’ll always confirm a day or two in advance.

💵 Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless arranged otherwise.
We accept
cash, Venmo, or check.

🏠 Access

Not going to be home? No problem! Just let us know how to safely enter — key, door code, etc.

💜 Respect & Safety

We treat your home with the same care we would our own. For safety reasons, we can’t handle hazardous materials or biohazards.

🌼 How to Prepare for Your Cleaning

To help us give you the sparkliest clean possible:

  • Tidy up personal items, toys, and clutter

  • Let us know any “do not clean” areas or special products to use

Think of it as a little “pre-clean stretch” — it helps us bring our A-game!

Q: Do you offer one-time cleanings?
A: Absolutely! Perfect for move-ins, move-outs, or just because. 💜

Q: How long does each cleaning take?

A: Standard averages 1-3 hours, Deep 2-4 hours, Move in/out 3-5 hours

With over a decade of experience, our licensed and insured team is dedicated, flexible, and committed to customer satisfaction. We offer flat rates without mileage fees or square footage charges, ensuring quality service tailored to your needs. We also don't require contracts and bring our own products!
