At Shimmer & Shine, we keep things easy — but a few quick guidelines help us stay on the same page:
🕒 Scheduling
Bookings are first-come, first-serve. Reserve early to get your preferred time — we fill up fast, especially around holidays!
❌ Cancellations
Life happens! Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. We’ll always confirm a day or two in advance.
💵 Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless arranged otherwise.
We accept cash, Venmo, or check.
🏠 Access
Not going to be home? No problem! Just let us know how to safely enter — key, door code, etc.
💜 Respect & Safety
We treat your home with the same care we would our own. For safety reasons, we can’t handle hazardous materials or biohazards.
