Each month, we team up with our amazing clients and community to give back through donation drives that make a difference right here in Sioux Falls and beyond. Join us in making every season a little brighter. 💫

For every item you donate, we’ll give $1 per item (up to $20 off) toward your next service! At the end of each month, all items will be donated in the name of Shimmer and Shine Cleaning Company to support our local community. Together, we can make a real difference—one sparkle at a time!
🌟 Our Donation Timeline
🧣 January – “Warm Hearts, Warm Homes”
Donate new or gently used coats, hats, gloves, and blankets to help local families stay cozy during the coldest months.
🐾 February – “Paws for Love”
We’re collecting pet food, toys, and supplies for local shelters and rescue organizations — because furry friends deserve love too!
🌸 March – “Spring into Service”
We’re collecting cleaning and hygiene supplies—like soap, shampoo, toothpaste, and more—to support local women’s shelters. Every small donation helps make someone’s day brighter and more comfortable.
🌷 April – “April Showers of Love”
We're collecting baby items—diapers, wipes, formula, baby lotion, onesies, and more—to support local families in need.
🌞 May – “Mother’s Day Magic”
This Mother’s Day, let’s sprinkle a little magic for moms who need it most! We’re collecting gift cards or self-care items—like lotion, journals, candles, and more—for moms in need or women’s shelters.
🌼 June – “School’s Out Snack Drive”
Summer is here, but for some kids, school meals are gone too soon! This month, we’re collecting non-perishable lunch items—granola bars, fruit cups, juice boxes, and more—to help children who rely on school meals.

This month, we’re honoring our heroes by putting together care packages for veterans and deployed military. Items like toothpaste, socks, letters, snacks, and more go a long way in showing our appreciation.
🎒 August – “Backpacks of Brightness”
As the school year approaches, we’re collecting school supplies and backpacks for local students. Your donations help kids start the year prepared, confident, and smiling!
📚 September – “Books & Brilliance”
This month, we’re celebrating the joy of reading! We’re collecting books and reading supplies for local libraries and literacy programs. Your donations help children and families spark their imagination and build a love for learning.
🎃 October – “Spooky Smiles”
This month, we’re spreading a little Halloween magic! We’re collecting Halloween candy, small toys, or books to bring smiles to kids in shelters or hospitals.

This month, we’re giving back with a little extra heart! We’re collecting canned goods and non-perishable food items to support local food pantries and families in need.
